Seedline Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By signing in to Seedline you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't accept them, don't use the service.

2. The service

Seedline offers:

• Finding suitable communities for your product and summarising their rules.
• Weekly task suggestions, rule-compliant drafts and task packs.
• Calendar, reminders and optional short-link tracking.
• Reports and platform guides.

3. Seedline doesn't post for you

Seedline never posts, signs up, votes or sends messages on any platform and never asks for platform passwords. You post from your own accounts; you are responsible for the content and for following each platform's rules.

If you use task packs with an AI agent, it is your responsibility to make sure the agent asks for your approval before every post.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account safe:

• Don't share sign-in links; turn on 2FA if you can.
• Use only one real account per platform; don't create fake or multiple accounts.
• If you notice unauthorised activity, sign out everywhere and let us know.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Seedline to:

• Send spam, bulk messages or unsolicited e-mail.
• Promote a product while hiding that you're the maker (covert advertising).
• Ask for votes, buy votes or join vote groups.
• Write or solicit fake reviews or ratings.
• Circumvent platforms' rules, access restrictions or bot protection.
• Promote illegal or misleading products, or products that infringe others' rights.

6. AI output

Community suggestions, rule summaries and drafts are generated with AI and may be wrong or incomplete. You must read and approve every draft before publishing it.

Rule summaries are informational; a community's current rules always take precedence.

7. Third-party platforms

Seedline is not affiliated with or endorsed by the platforms it mentions (Reddit, Hacker News, Product Hunt etc.). Seedline isn't responsible for decisions those platforms take about your account or content.

8. Tracking links

Short links only redirect to your product's verified domains. When you turn tracking on, obligations towards your visitors (such as a privacy notice on your own site) are yours.

9. Fees

In Phase 1, Seedline is for personal use and free of charge. AI costs are capped by the monthly budget you set.

10. Content and rights

The data you add and the drafts you approve belong to you. You grant Seedline only the rights needed to provide the service. The service's software and brand belong to Seedline.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Data; your data is permanently deleted within 30 days and you can cancel the deletion during that time.

We may suspend or close your account for serious breaches of these terms; where possible we'll tell you in advance.

12. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". No particular traffic, sign-up or sales outcome is guaranteed.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we aren't liable for indirect damages or for sanctions platforms apply to your accounts. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is established; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

15. Changes

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of the page and notify you of significant changes by e-mail.
